1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bibgoplus ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the bibgoplus online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and related services available at bibgoplus.org (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

bibgoplus reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the bibgoplus Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bibgoplus, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bibgoplus Platform or any affiliated gaming service.

bibgoplus reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the bibgoplus Platform, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify bibgoplus immediately at support@bibgoplus.org if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

bibgoplus reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

Account registration and use of the Platform is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bibgoplus supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• GCash Withdrawals: Processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• Bank Transfers: Processed within the same business day, subject to bank processing times.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. bibgoplus does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. bibgoplus may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

bibgoplus reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bibgoplus offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion terms.
• bibgoplus reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other fraudulent means — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account termination.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of bibgoplus shall be final and binding.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the bibgoplus Platform — including Nine, Teen Patti 20-20, Bingo, Slots, and all live dealer games — are governed by individual game rules which are made available within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

bibgoplus uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and unpredictable. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform system. bibgoplus will not reverse confirmed game results except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, bibgoplus reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all wagers to the players involved.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. bibgoplus is not liable for losses resulting from connection interruptions on the player's side.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bibgoplus Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward bibgoplus staff or other players.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and must be returned.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bibgoplus Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of bibgoplus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bibgoplus.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any bibgoplus trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of bibgoplus intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bibgoplus and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.

10. Termination

bibgoplus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a responsible gaming authority.
• A requirement to do so under applicable Philippine law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the termination. Where termination is due to your breach of these Terms, bibgoplus reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the bibgoplus Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

bibgoplus operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.

12. Amendments

bibgoplus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the bibgoplus Platform after any such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. bibgoplus is not obligated to provide individual notice of every amendment.
